REWARDS & PAYOUT POLICY

1. Rewards Are Not Guaranteed

Rayv campaigns are performance-based. Participation does not guarantee earnings. Rewards depend on campaign rules, selection criteria, and platform decisions.

2. Reward Points

Users may earn reward points through campaign participation.

• Reward points are not currency
• Points are non-transferable
• Points may only be redeemed through Rayv
• Current redemption value is ₹0.80 per point, subject to change

3. Withdrawals

Users may request redemption subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 100 points
• UPI-only payouts
• A valid UPI ID in the user’s name
• Processing timelines may vary

4. Fraud, Abuse, and Holds

Rayv may delay, withhold, or cancel payouts if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Platform policies are violated
• Duplicate or manipulated submissions occur
• Required verification is not completed
• Payment providers flag a transaction

5. Tax Compliance

Users may be required to provide PAN once earnings cross applicable limits. Rayv may introduce TDS or other tax reporting measures as required under Indian law as the Platform scales. Users remain responsible for reporting earnings and filing tax returns.

6. Changes

Rayv may update reward structures, redemption values, and payout schedules at any time with reasonable notice.
